1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with us. KRED Threads operates this store. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

If you have questions before ordering, contact us — we'd rather answer first than sort it out after.

2. Our products

Every item is printed to order. Nothing is held in stock. Production begins after payment is confirmed.

Because each item is made individually:

Slight variation in print position, of a few millimetres, is normal and not a fault
Colours on your screen may differ from the printed garment. Screens vary, and dyed fabric varies between production runs
Garment measurements may vary slightly within the manufacturer's tolerances

Product images are provided to show the design and garment as accurately as we can. Where an image is a digital mockup rather than a photograph of the finished item, the printed result may differ slightly in scale or position.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order already placed.

Payment is taken at checkout. Your order is accepted only once payment is confirmed and we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item can't be produced, a price was displayed incorrectly, or we can't verify the payment or delivery details. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

4. Orders and changes

Check your size, colour, print placement and delivery address before completing checkout.

Contact us immediately if something needs changing. Production can start quickly and we can't guarantee a change or cancellation once an item has entered production.

6. Returns and your consumer rights

See our Refund Policy.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

Because items are printed to order, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or for choosing the wrong size, colour or placement. That does not affect your rights above.

7. Intellectual property

All artwork, designs, logos, text and images on this site are owned by us or used with permission. You may not reproduce, copy, resell or use them commercially without our written permission.

Buying a product gives you the product. It does not give you any rights in the design.

If you believe any design on this site infringes your rights, contact us with details and we will investigate promptly.

8. Using this website

Don't use this site to break the law, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or scrape or copy it for a competing service.

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or withdraw products, prices or content at any time.

9. Our liability

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where the law allows us to limit our liability, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited, at our option, to replacing the product, supplying an equivalent, or refunding the price paid.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss to the extent the law permits us to exclude it.

10. Privacy

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
