Shipping policy

Updated 4 October 2026

Australian shipping

Standard shipping is A$10.80 for one item. Buy any two or more items in the same order and standard shipping within Australia is free. No code is needed. This offer applies to the number of items remaining in your cart, including mixed products.

Production and delivery

Products are made to order. Allow approximately 3–10 business days for production, followed by an estimated 2–10 business days for Australian delivery. The KRED Trucker Cap is made by The Print Bar and may take the full 10-business-day production window. Remote destinations, public holidays and peak periods may take longer. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Items may arrive in separate parcels if produced at different facilities. Qualifying Australian orders still receive free standard shipping.

Tracking and assistance

Tracking is emailed after dispatch. Please check your delivery details before ordering. For delays, loss or damage, email orders@kredthreads.com.au with your order number or contact us. We will investigate with the fulfilment partner or carrier.

Overseas

Our current checkout serves Australia. When overseas destinations become available, customers will pay the full shipping cost shown before payment. The Australian free-shipping offer does not apply overseas.
